choose your favourite items, select colour, and size, and then add them to the shopping cart. please remember to verify the selection is correct and, if necessary, modify your order by removing or adding the items. please proceed with your purchase.
you can easily check your order status whenever you need in your account or in the dedicated section here if you made the order as a guest.
if the order is in progress, it means that it is still in our warehouse; indeed, if it has been delivered, it is reaching the destination. the order can be cancelled, and, in this case, the order status appears as cancelled.

order and your order number. once the return has been confirmed, you will be
sent an email containing your rma number and the following return link to
initiate the process. enter all your details and choose whether you prefer a
collection or to drop off the parcel at a dhl collection point. please note
that you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. if you are
posting from outside the european union, please email us before initiating the
returns process and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

accordance with customs regulations, the dispatch of goods or documents outside
the eu is subject to declaration. this means that the goods must be accompanied
by a pro forma invoice. if you are returning an item from a non-eu country,
please print out the pro forma invoice that we will send you by email and
attach it to the outside of the box (please do not put it inside the box). this
will help us speed up the customs clearance process for your return. please
also provide the return tracking number by emailing our customer care team if
you are returning an item from a non-eu country.
unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an already confirmed order, but you can cancel it before the shipping.
we suggest you do it by contacting the customer care by e-mailcustomercare@forte-forte.com, or by whatsapp at+39 0445048200. our customer care colleagues will help you and confirm if you can proceed with the order cancellation or money-back.
as soon as your item is returned to our warehouse, we will immediately check its
condition. once we have confirmed that everything is in order, we will send you
an email confirming the return and proceed to dispatch the item in the new
size.
in addition to your right of withdrawal, you are legally entitled to a suitable product –
or, in legal terms, ‘a product that conforms to what was agreed’. it is very
important to us that we honour our promise of high quality in our clothing and
accessories. for this reason, if for any reason you receive an item that is
faulty or does not match what you ordered, please contact our customer care
team. it is important that you provide all the relevant information, in
particular your order number and photos showing the labels on the item you
received. before proceeding with the return, please wait for confirmation from
our customer care team, who will provide you with full instructions on how to
arrange the return. in the case of a faulty or non-compliant product, we will
cover the cost of collection.
