Even when you don’t send it directly to us, we can collect your data indirectly. In fact, every time you visit our Website our systems record your IP address, the pages you have accessed, the browser you use, your internet provider, your operating system, the domain name, the date of access and what you have written. This information is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the Website or to confirm its proper functioning and is memorized for the time necessary to the technical purposes for which it is acquired.

Who can access your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be processed by Forte Forte internal staff who are specifically trained and authorized to process it. In carrying out the processing, the data may also be transmitted to companies belonging to the business group to which Forte Forte belongs.
Only Data Controllers or those authorized by Forte Forte or owners of third-party cookies installed on our Website (click here for more information about cookies). Forte Forte will not sell or distribute your personal information outside of the European Union and should that be the case in the future, it will only be pursuant to an existing legislation.
We are required to transmit the data in our possession if judicial authorities request it and exclusively in accordance to the law i.e. investigations or in the case of illegal activity.

How is your information processed and how long do we keep your data?

Your personal information is processed and stored in both hard copy and electronic form pursuant to provided security measures. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we keep it for the period of time needed to carry out the purposes for which you have granted or according to the period indicated by law (current civil, fiscal and tax regulations). After this period, all data will be deleted. The data provided for commercial communication activities, opinion polls and marketing research: until the user’s request to interrupt the activity and, in any case, no longer than ten years. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The Data Controller has adopted security measures in order to reduce risks related to confidentiality, availability and integrity of the collected and processed personal information.

Your rights
