forte_forte estate 2021
“innamorata”
“innamorata” is a collection in love with our country, italy. an italy that smells of lemons, that shimmers from the reflections of its sea, that lights up with colour, dresses up in mimosa and bougainvillea, of broom and turquoise waters, exquisite sorbets and beach parasols; it portrays the typical colours of an italian summer, exclusively in bikini and silk kaftan, holding in your hands a glass of grenadine and a straw hat.
it’s a breeze of fresh air, a fragrant cocktail, a chic journey where iconic names of authentic sights of rare beauty ring out joyfully, full of strength and pride.

“innamorata”
in this summer, which thirsts for camparis and martinis, our journey begins with the desire to put everything in your suitcase: sparkling jacquards for new jackets and waistcoats with iridescent fringes; bright checks to wear with a swimming costume, bustiers and silvery fabrics like reflections of the moon on the sea. fresh and aristocratic linen sundresses, low–cut tops voluptuous as clouds of silk; short loose and mini dresses that reveal long tanned legs; sensual kimonos and weightless dressing gowns like elegant beach “mise”. the new “animalier” is a “tiger in love”.
and when the sunset burns with a kiss... “sapore di sale, sapore di mare, sapore di te...” gino paoli

a combination of the uneven edges and shifting hues makes these earrings the very epitome of forte_forte's true spirit. suspended from the ear, they have a feminine design with geometric yet uneven contours in iridescent resin.
the story began with a small collection of hand–finished t–shirts. grown in the fashion business, the forte brothers hail from veneto, one of the manufacturing districts in which made in italy has taken its shape and identity over the years, turning the artisanal process into an industrial one while keeping intact its values and peculiarities. giada and paolo have absorbed this ethos since childhood, in the family’s knitwear factories. giada trained at nottingham trent university, where she studied knitwear design, while paolo studied finance. after autonomous experiences in their respective fields, they decided to join forces on a project based on the values they believe in: the beauty of creativity as a filterless bond between the creator and the consumer. giada is in charge of design, paolo is the business strategist. robert vattilana, art director and giada’s life partner, is the third member of the group: the one who translates visions and sensations into images and spaces, or graphic and editorial choices. forte_forte is the offspring of the three’s joined efforts: the family name is doubled, christening the brand with an incitation that is already an expression of strength; the lower case font signals a desire for intimacy as opposed to ostentations.
