returns and refunds

we hope you like the goods! if you change your mind anyway, the return request must be filled in directly online within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
the products must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them: intact, unwashed and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...). the authenticity tag must remain attached and the safety cord must be intact.
the products must not be worn or possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions.
the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, complements, etc ...).
therefore, if you try on a garment, please do not remove the labels you find attached, otherwise your return will not be accepted.

– enter your order details and select "return".
– enter the return request for the products to be returned choosing "refund" as solution: you will immediately receive an email confirming the process has been completed correctly and number.

how to open a return request if you have an account on our online shop:

– go to my account section in the user dashboard, orders area.
– enter the details of your order and select return.

– once you have completed your return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer care within 1-2 working days with all the instructions on how to return the goods.

how do i return my items?

– print the return authorization email and insert it in the package together with the items to be returned.
– to complete the return procedure, you will need to use the return label that you will receive as soon as the return request is authorized. you will receive the return label sent by our customer care.
– paste the return label on the outside of the package, covering the previous label.

for parcels from eu countries, the products must be sent to the following address: filoBlu c/o snatt logistica spa – forte forte, via san biagio, 65/67 42024 castelnovo sotto (re) italia.

how do i return my items?

– print the return authorization email and insert it in the package together with the items to be returned.
– send the package by courier or national postal service to the address you receive in the return authorization email. we remind you that the shipping costs are charged to the customer, our customer care does not provide the return label.
– keep the shipping receipt of your package.
– the products must be shipped to the following address: filoBlu c/o snatt logistica spa – forte forte, via kennedy 12/b 42040 campegine (re) italia.
* in accordance with customs regulations, the shipment of goods or documents outside the eu is subject to declaration. this means that the goods must be accompanied by a pro forma invoice for returns sent to campegine.
– please download the proforma invoice from here: pro forma invoice paesi non- eu.

the pro forma invoice must be correctly filled in and attached on the outside of the box (we ask you never to put it inside the box).
if you print the proforma invoice from our website, it will help us speed up the customs clearance process for your return.

as soon as your return will be delivered to our warehouse, the quality control department will carry out the appropriate checks. in case of a positive result, we will send you an email to confirm the return and refund timing.

the refund will be completed on the same payment method used to confirm the order within 14 days since the receipt of the goods.
you will be credited with the amount of the products you wish to return. forte_forte does not allow exchanges of goods but reimburses the cost of returned items. for any exchange, please place a new order.
we also remind you that the timing for obtaining the refund depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.
filoblu shall arrange to refund the client for the whole amount paid, net of consignment charges incurred and any customs duty paid for importation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. in any case, the client shall not bear any expenses incurred as a consequence of said refund. filoblu may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.

return for faulty or incorrect product

in addition to the right of withdrawal, by law you are entitled to an appropriate product, or what in legal terms is defined as "a product that complies with the agreement".

please provide all the necessary information, including, the related order number and pictures with the labels of the product that you received.
before sending the goods back we kindly ask you to wait for a reply from our customer care that will deal with your claim as soon as possible.
in the event of a defective or non-compliant product, forte forte will arrange the collection of the product at its own expense.
