Who can access your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be processed by Forte Forte internal staff who are specifically trained and authorized to process it. In carrying out the processing, the data may also be transmitted to companies belonging to the business group to which Forte Forte belongs.
Only Data Controllers or those authorized by Forte Forte or owners of third-party cookies installed on our Website (click here for more information about cookies). Forte Forte will not sell or distribute your personal information outside of the European Union and should that be the case in the future, it will only be pursuant to an existing legislation.

How is your information processed and how long do we keep your data?

Your personal information is processed and stored in both hard copy and electronic form pursuant to provided security measures. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we keep it for the period of time needed to carry out the purposes for which you have granted or according to the period indicated by law (current civil, fiscal and tax regulations). After this period, all data will be deleted. The data provided for commercial communication activities, opinion polls and marketing research: until the user’s request to interrupt the activity and, in any case, no longer than ten years.
